Interior Alaska Center for Non-Violent Living's vision is a community free of domestic violence, sexual assault and child sexual abuse. IAC provides secure shelter and immediate safety for women and their children who are experiencing domestic violence or sexual assault. IAC also provides crisis intervention, advocacy, education and referrals, on domestic violence, sexual assault, incest and child sexual abuse to people in need. IAC provides an empowering environment while respecting diversity and assisting individuals in taking responsibility for their choices.
IAC offers a wide range of advocacy and support services to all of Interior Alaska, including: safety planning, emergency shelter, crisis intervention, referrals and help with housing and public assistance, children's services, parenting classes and much more. Our services are free and confidential. We offer support all day, every day and have a 24 hour hotline. If you or someone you know is being hurt, we are here to help! YOU ARE NOT ALONE. WE ARE JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY.

Although IAC is located in the City of Fairbanks, we serve the city, the Fairbanks North Star Borough and outlying areas as well Interior Alaska, encompassing 42 villages.
